How is my first attempt at terraforming with WorldEdit?

This is just something I'm working on in a creative copy of my single player world. I'll be taking it into the survival world using Litematica, and putting pathways and buildings along the flatter parts of the island. I don't like trading halls, so this will be my trading island. The flat stony southern part is where a dock and mine will be placed. Also, no foliage yet because I want to do some custom trees later on, and likely some smaller boulders and whatnot. The grass is super green, btw, because this is a former Mushroom Island lol.

I feel like for a first ever attempt both using WorldEdit and terraforming an area of this magnitude, this has gone pretty well so far. I think the darker blocks along the cliff face have separation lines that are a little too distinct, so I might work on that a little, and areas that are not so flat will be flattened to make way for the buildings. I'm also planning on putting some sort of dark tower atop that northern outcropping in pic 5; somewhere to do a lot of potion brewing, as well as somewhere to put a new Nether portal.

Anyway, yeah. Let me know what you think. Any and all tips are welcome and greatly appreciated.
