Oh the joy of the GDPR/DSGVO. Soon I need to transfer my forum and its DB to a new owner.
I have updated the Terms of Service and triggered a Force to Accept.
How can I search for users that didn't accept the new terms? I need to know them, because they will be deleted when the transfer is happening.
