I am writing from Italy, thanks for this site, it is fantastic.

So what I have wanted to create for a long time is a Home + forum site where in addition to posting topics of web dev, tech and games, I would also like to do reviews of products and services. So I would have liked to have a homepage with all the articles with a rating on display (see screen) and below the articles a PRO-CONS hut. All connected to the forum. (I thought about doing wordpress + xenforo) but the amount of work being alone is too much! A good solution would be the AMS plugin by bob, but I have read around that it has several problems. A valid solution could be the plugin https://xencustomize.com/product/news-publisher.33/ but it does not satisfy me on an aesthetic level. I think that news publisher is what I am looking for. A valid alternative could be Invision power board where it has everything and I say.. everything connected.. but its price is crazy!

I've used AMS and while it is great, it does have some setbacks.
Going with IPS is always expensive due to their closed-marketplace and content being pricey from third-party developers.

When it comes to design and structure of PHP XenForo Addons, I can make them and modify them pretty easily. Feel free to let me know your budget and we can make something work

as I was telling you.. all I need to do is create a homepage linked to the forum, where I can create articles (or my writers group) on the homepage, perhaps adding a pro cons hut under the article. so a single login for blog / forum. and a pro cons system + score in the style of the photo attached below
