Hello! I'm a mom . I don't play Minecraft but my kid does. He has a Nintendo switch where he had a profile and a world there and some add-on and a few minecoins( well earned - he is a good kid) . Now a new profile appears and he lost all his add ons and everything . I reaaly don' t know how to help him . When i logged in to mi minecraft account it didn't recognise my old passworld . I changed it with a new one . I don't know how to help. Thanks
