I’ve been spending my free time lately preparing a new server that's called HazyEvening SMP. I really wanted to create a place for those of us who are juggling work or uni and just need a spot to de-stress. Somewhere you can log in, hang out, and not worry about your base being messed with or your progress disappearing.
It’s just me behind the scenes right now, and the community is still super small and tight-knit, which is exactly how I want to keep it. It’s all about slow-paced survival and actually getting to know the people you’re building next to.
I’m officially opening things up on May 8th.
I’d love to have some 'founding' faces there for the first block. Since it’s a fresh start, no one is going to be miles ahead of anyone else. That means we can just start the journey together.
I'm keeping a whitelist just to make sure the vibes stay right and everyone is respectful. If you want to grab a coffee and join our little circle, jump into the Discord and say hi. I’ll get you set up with the IP and everything else there.

I’d love to have some 'founding' faces there for the first block. Since it’s a fresh start, no one is going to be miles ahead of anyone else. That means we can just start the journey together.
What I'm aiming for:
- A mature, chill crowd: People who get that 'real life' happens.
- Zero griefing: Instead of using protection plugins, I’m focusing on bringing in a solid, respectful group of people. I have logging tools to keep an eye on things, but the goal is a community where we don't have to worry about locking our doors in the first place.
- Community-led: Since it's a small group, we’ll just talk and decide on updates or events together in the chat.
The technical bits:
- Version: 26.1.2 - Java (+ Bedrock in a future)
- Difficulty: Hard (keeps the survival feel real).
- The Goal: A long-term map where we don't have to worry about resets.
- Server Location: Europe, UK
