Has Anyone Done this in Survival Before?

So, I'm working on this Medieval Fantasy RPG on a vanilla survival Minecraft server and would like to know if anyone has done this before. Below is a brief description of the project and I've attached a bunch of screenshots to give you a sense of the scale and depth I am going into with this, so if you know of anyone who has done this before in Survival Vanilla, let me know!

The project is called Stardust was initially inspired by Decked Out & it's sequel by Tango on Hermitcraft seasons 7 & 9, but I wanted to do a different type of game, and landed on an RPG with custom NPCs, custom quests, a storyline you work through, multiple minigames within it, cutscenes, and even a boss battle. It includes an entrance & exit as its mean't for servermates to play once it's done, and so it auto removes all items in inventory, and sends you into the game via minecart ride.

The progressions system is achieved through item filters, as the player will be given a retextured iron nugget with a number code in the name, which is then given to the NPCs and other interaction units which dictates which point in the game they are at. This system allows multiple players to join, leave and play the game at the same time.

The story isn't too complex, just the player trying to take down the king who possesses an energy shard (hence the name Stardust). There are still what i think are some good plot twists and stuff along the way, but the story is mostly linear, or the redstone would be a bit too complex.

Anyways, hopefully that all makes sense, and would appreciate if anyone knew if this has been done before! Thanks!
