Give me one Minecraft rule that permanently alters my run

I'm currently collecting random rules from strangers for a challenge run that I'm about to do.

I'll have to obey every single rule that you guys give me, the dumber/harder, the better, but ones that help me are also welcome.

PLEASE keep it one rule per person.
