Hi!
I recently joined a server, Gaia Legends, it started about a week ago and it's honestly amazing how polished and well setup it is despite the obvious low player base (it literally just started). It's on the semi-vanilla side with custom items, jobs and all that jazz - but it's done in an easy to grasp way unlike most. Everything is easily accessible in game with zero pay-walls. There are crates but again, no pay-wall - all obtainable easily in vanilla. I'm a very picky guy with servers but this one has my vote.
Owner is super active and clearly has a love for the server & growth of it.
