Forget the mob vote, which plant would you add to Minecraft?

Plants within the natural environment are incredibly important for immersion and biome diversity. There would be no forest without the trees, tall grass, and flowers. However, within the real world there is a lot of plants which we could take inspiration from for Minecraft. Personally, I would love to see natural ferns within forests.
