Folders missing

Hello, i am downloading plugins from Nullforums and when i am inserting them in my server and restarting, the plugins do not create any folders and then, dont work. Can anyone help me?

Which plugins are having troubles? All of them, some of them, etc.
your logs show lots of runtime errors that need to be looked at, oraxen being one of the big culprits.

It was every plugin i downloaded. i figured out i had a unstable version of a protocollib. My bad. Let me try to find every dependency or library of the plugins or things i want. sorry about my mistakes
