 | Mine has to be MCPE 0.9.0. I remember all the hype around the update, the Mojang devs QnA live streams leading up to it and of course update day! This update was truly huge as it brought Infinite Worlds, super flat worlds every biome from Java Edition 1.7 and all of the structures from Beta 1.8 aswell as dogs and villagers!
