COMPLETE dtlTradersPlus 6.4.15

How it would contribute towards the betterment of the community:

6.4.15 is the latest version, with 1.19.1 support
could be a final version for a long time.


The last version posted here (6.4.13) contains a bug:
"dumb mistake of letting in test code which broke shift+ clicking in a chest" (said the Dev)
this was fixed with version 6.4.14, after that came another with 1.19.1 support.
