Teleport Request System (/tpa)
- Requests to teleport to the specified player.
- One-Time Use: This command can only be used once per player.
- The cooldown is triggered the moment you send the request, even if it is declined or expires.
- Time Limit: The recipient has 2 minutes to accept your request before it expires.
