Custom bb-code example usage accepts html, while output is rendered bb-code only

Custom bb-code can define an example usage, the field has the description "If you provide an example, this BB code will appear on the BB code help page."

If you add HTML into the example, the example is rendered as-is in the HTML but the output will have escaped html.

This is somewhat unexpected behavior.
