Creating Site Supporter users with payment option, expiration notice, etc

I'd like to take my forum to the next step and create Site Supporter users that will not see my Adsense ads, and perhaps a couple of other benefits. They should be able to pay a donation for yearly support, and be given a notice to re-up when the year is nearly up.

I've done some research and this doesnt sound very straightforward. Is their a Gold Standard add-on that will handle all of this that is popular?
