Cookie policy phrase out of date re: advanced cookie consent

Unless I'm mistaken (won't be the first or last time) the cookie phrase does not take the advanced cookie consent into account.

This is from the ACP options description of advanced cookie consent

When advanced is selected, all visitors will see a panel providing the ability to give or withdraw consent to cookies on a group-by-group basis.
