Converting what's new page menu to icons?

Hi all,

I don't like how that nav bar scrolls on mobile. I would like to change the nav bar buttons to FA icons when on mobile. Could use some help from some of the more CSS savvy among you.

I'm using Bolt theme from PixelExit. Perhaps @Russ has a thought?
