Connecting Discord to ChatControl

Multiple peopled reported trouble connecting ChatControl with Discord.

Here's how to fix it:

Read this and make sure you've entered Discord_Format for every linked channel in channels.yml

Sorry for the confusion, making Discord_Format a requirement especially with channels.yml documentation not being updated automatically was a let down, apology.
