Am I the only one who prefers major updates over game drops?

Don't get me wrong, the constant updates feel nice, but I honestly feel like recent ones have been okay at best. I also would like to see more polished updates with lots of new stuff with a longer period of time between them over updates that add a little over an extremely short span. Just wanted to see if anyone else felt like this.
