Add support for using Symfony Mail's native 3rd Party Transport functionality

Symfony Mail has native support for directly using a 3rd party transport API such as SES, Azure, Mandrill, Mailgun, Postmark, Sendgrid etc. I'd like to see XF allow and support this functionality within it's usage of Symfony Mail.
