5 of my sitemaps aren't listed in GSC and I get Error code: Out of Memory

I have 14 sitemaps in my index. GSC only lists the first 9. When I visit the sitemaps in the browser half the time I get "Error code: Out of Memory" from chrome. If I added the individual sitemap to GSC it returns with "Sitemap could not be read".

hmmm appears all my sitemaps return http x-robots-tag: noindex

Any ideas?
