0PL is a Minecraft void with random minecrafting and is very hard to get the desired object, the more hurt you get more items and breaking blocks don't drop the correct one and it's very random. sometime you will see herobrine and other creatures. the world doesn't reset. people cannot can break blocks below y3 I think so people slowly build spawn to track progress
