Fixed a bug where players could bring items from the event to the world.

Update for 1.21.10.
- fixed a bug where the scoreboard was blinking in the 1.21.10 version;
- fixed a bug in hotpotato where particles were not spawning.

- Now if you use schematics in block party, you can place any blocks that you want.
- now if you stay outside the corner locations of the runner event, you will be eliminated.
- cancelled interaction with bed in bedwars to avoid players setting their spawn location in the event arena.
