A Collection of improvements to XF's reporting system. Fully phrased

• Add indexes to improve user delete/merge performance for xf_report/xf_report_comment/xf_sv_warning_log tables

• Compatibility fix when using \XF\Db\ReplicationAdapter and a report is resolved/rejected
