Auxiliary GUIs for Quests editors and select commands

This update adds a moot attribute to all GUI items in order to hide flags (such as sword Attack Damage) on them in Minecraft 1.20.6 and newer. Most users will not notice any change, however those further extending the plugin or combining this with other GUI items may need to account for this change.
