OMG a new update? It's just a publish of all dev build changes :
- #386 Anti VPN feature
- #418 Chat insults on commands
- Add 1.20.4 & 1.21 support
- Fix Folia support
- Upgrade internal dependencies and others coding stuff

Yes, it's the smallest update of Negativity v2 I ever made because I don't have the motivation, the time to update it. Sorry for this.
@NEZNAMY already explained it in his update of TAB plugin here and I totally agree with this. I don't know what will become in next months or years. Negativity will have others update, this is no the latest. But I don't know what will be on the next. I have idea, I have project in WIP but which one will be fine? Will work better as other AC? Idk. I'ld say I don't recommend buying it but it would be strange.

- Folia support (can be not fully working)
- Option for spam
- Notification IG when player is kicked

Fixed:
- Various error with Geyser/Floodgate
- ViaVersion issue
- Spigot version issue with 1.12 or 1.18
- Possible performance issue with more than 60 players

False flag:
- UnexpectedPacket when leaving vehicle
- Cobweb/Shulkerbox could trigger speed/fly
- No flag when in spectator
