XF2 Addons Index now 1.3

Get faster indexing of your site using the Bing URL submission API.

Index now v1.3 changes:

Added support for threads which are automatically moderated. When such thread is approved the Index now add-on will submit the URL to Bing.

Index now v1.2 changes:

Added "First post only" to the options page.
