XF2 Addons [DigitalPoint] Profiles 1.0.0 beta 5

General cosmetic clean up of profiles

• Use CSS flex for usernames (better handling of long usernames or display names)
• Made change to template modification for better compatibility with custom themes (UI.X 2 in this case)
