API for music players

- Added API. In particular for .nbs, .ogg player and for records.

Old plugin files and its config will not work!

  • The plugin has been completely rewritten!
  • The song download system has been simplified. Now you can use /boombox upload and /boombox import commands!
  • Added speed up option for songs!
  • Added animation settings, disco floor, etc. for each player separately!
  • Added developers resource pack! Now you can use .ogg songs, but with limitations!
  • Removed dependency on NoteBlockAPI!
  • API added! In the future, the Vegas plugin will get boombox support!
