XF2 Addons Block IP 2.0

Blocks VPN, Proxy, Tor and Relay users from log in and register pages

Block IP v2.0 changes:

Updated description in Options page.

Block IP v1.4 changes:
Added four new options to the Options page. Now has the ability to specify which of the four pages the block IP will block VPN, Proxy, Tor and Relay users.

Block IP v1.3 changes:
Added code to prevent issue with other add-ons creating a thread by means of cron entry.
