MC Plugin AxBoosters | All-In-One Booster Plugin 3.12.0

- Added 1.21.9 and (most likely also) 1.21.10 support. (if you are using paper 1.21.9, you must update it to the latest build for the plugin to work)
- Replaced the old number-format section with a new number-formatting one, you will have to reconfigure it if you had edited it in the past.
- Improved the custom boosters, now it can handle child classes as well.
- Added AxSpawners support. (3 boosters: sell_money, xp_withdraw, xp_generate)

   - The plugin now requires java 21 or higher.
   - Removed the prevent-booster-stacking setting from the config
   - Instead, now there is a new prevent-stacking-boosters section with many settings. Make sure to go through them after updating if you had the old setting enabled!
