XF2 Addons Attachment editor 2.4

Allows rotating, resizing, and adding a border to attachments

Attachment editor v2.4 changes:
Fixed rotation direction when GD is enabled.

Attachment editor v2.0 changes:
Now also properly works in direct messages.
