Envoy plugin that supports a lot of plugins and much more!

• Fixed an error in startup.
• Fixed KingdomsX hook.
• Updated materials and sounds.

Added:

• /ApiaEnvoy Teleport command with permission apiaenvoy.teleport. Now players can teleport to their Envoy.

Fixed:

• NPE error.
• Falling block problem with going y < 0.
• BentoBox random location problem. Envoy was only dropping to half of the island.

• Added zero-padded time values. e.g. For value of second less than 10, If you want to show 0 at the beginning of the number, use %ss instead of %s.
