Bringing AMS inline with Showcase

• Fix: Properly assign linked prefix when new article is created
• Checks AMS version and skips the reaction import and thread move if 2.2.21 or higher (it's now built into the AMS core)

• Fix missing "message.less" file if browsing as user/guest with no post permissions.

• Phrased the comment post made to the discussion thread (xa_ams_article_thread_new_comment)

• New option to copy newly posting article comments to the article discussion thread.

• New option added "Convert thread reactions to article reactions" which will move over the reactions from the first post of the thread when using the "Convert thread to article" moderator function.
