It happened to me the same as another user, after spending hours trying to understand why it doesn't work, I realize that it hasn't been added the oraxen/itemsadder assets :__(

you need happyhud then you need to set in happyhud config to copy to the ItemsAdder Resource pack once done do /iazip and it will work

am still to this date trying to understand why it doesn't work, after looking for the paths in some configs, i think he forgot to provide the oraxen/itemsadder assets (:
