Application Requirements
These requirements are non-negotiable. If you are found to be untrue to any of these conditions, your application will be immediately denied, and further application options may be limited. We will be double-checking as much as we can, and if we determine that you have been untrue for any of the answers, your application will be rejected, and you won't be allowed to make a new one. We reserve the right to decline your application with or without reason.

- A Discord account connected and joined to the Discord server.
- Timezone information is appreciated.

Available Staff Positions
Community Managers
Community Managers are the bridge between our website and its audience. They are responsible for engaging with our community through Discord, forums, and other platforms. Their tasks include organizing events, addressing user concerns, and gathering feedback to improve our services. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with a proactive attitude and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Moderate discussions and ensure community guidelines are followed.
- Organize and manage events to boost community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in social media management and community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
File Analysts
File Analysts play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our download systems. They are tasked with reviewing submissions to ensure compliance with our standards, identifying anomalies, and updating records accurately. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach to workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and verify documents and data for accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline data management processes.

- Proven experience in data analysis and record keeping.
- Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
Moderators
Moderators are essential for maintaining a respectful and orderly environment on our digital platforms. They monitor interactions within forums and chat groups, enforce community guidelines, and facilitate a safe space for discussions. Candidates should have strong ethical judgment and the ability to remain impartial and calm under pressure.
