The first 3 capes(Menace/Home/Yearn)were released as promotions for the movie, the 4th(Common) for logging into your Microsoft account on Bedrock, the 5th(Copper) to celebrate the Copper Age drop, and the 6th(Zombie Horse) to celebrate the Mounts of Mayhem drop. Assuming they stick to the schedule they adopted in the second part of 2025, we should get a cape for each drop this year.
