[XenCustomize] Events Manager - API Support

Looking to hire someone to help add API support to XenCustomize's events manager. I'd like approval as part of scope of work to share this code with @Veer and see if it can be added into the official add-on for others to benefit as well.

APIs needed:

• Get list of event categories
• Get list of events
• RSVP to event
• CRUD event (create, read, update, delete)

Requirement: Must work with XenForo's new OAuth2 implementation introduced in 2.3 (i.e. new scope added)...
