Why is one of the most common arguments against these "they don't look like eggs anymore"?

I get that they're called spawn eggs but that's because they used to look like eggs. These are just representation of the ability to spawn mobs. That's it. They could have made these sprite versions of mobs and it would be fine. submitted by /u/Extension-Celery3642 [link] [comments]
