What do you guys think about these 1x1 elevator’s control room setup?

I have this 5 story building and it has these very simple and efficient elevators that run off commands, no complicated redstone, no pistons, all you need is a 1x1 hoistway. The second picture shows the minimum control room requirements for a 3 car arraignment. The third picture shows the redstone and command block setup along with the controllers.
