URL To See Full Size Image

Hiya, I'm trying to actually see the images on a forum that uses xenforo and resizes the images.

Is there a URL query / parameter that I can pass to the forum/attachments/file_name-png.12345 path to actually let me see the images?

Or are they basically gone in to the CDN-o-sphere as soon as they're uploaded to the forum ... never to be seen again?
