About the Project We’re Worthy, a custom Minecraft factions server designed to bring a unique, balanced, and long-lasting experience for players.
The server is in the final stretch of development — builds, configs, plugins, and branding are mostly complete. Unfortunately, our lead developer had to step away, so we’re looking for a skilled Minecraft developer to help push Worthy over the finish line.

We need someone who can: • Take over where our last dev left off • Finalize plugin configurations and polish gameplay • Create or modify custom plugins if needed • Troubleshoot and optimize performance • Ensure stability and readiness for release
This is not a start-from-scratch job — most of the work is already done.

Compensation
As of now, this is a strictly voluntary opportunity. • A reward of $50 USD will be given once the server is fully running, if your work is above expectations. • You’ll also secure a permanent developer spot for future updates and seasons — those positions WILL be paid.
