Unable to Upload Mod File Larger than 350MB – No URL Link Provided

im facing an issue where I can't upload my mod file because its larger than 350MB In the upload page doesn't provide a URL link option and I am i can't proceed with the upload when i press upload it say "You must upload a file or external download URL." but there no option to upload the url link
