Trying to replicate build

I’m trying to replicate a build I’ve seen on YouTube and got pretty far but I can’t figure out what these things are. Pic 1: want to know what the grey brick looking blocks and white blocks are on the floor (on grass in front of house) Pic 2: what’s the wooden row between the top of the windows and the top of the roof?
