I used to have a forum based on their script.
From the limited experience I had with them, I found their support team to be rather petty, refusing to refund ( maybe they didn't have to, but they could have ).
Also their market community is horrid. Very bad and few themes listed.
Otherwise, they are a relatively fine solution. I really did dig their old design, which they sadly, and in my opinion, mistakingly, replaced.
