 | It is unknown how much time was spent for building the entire place, but the server's season back then was about 5 months untill wipe. Town had it's own rules, a major and other authorities. It amazes me that this was all done spontaneously without any plans, just players joining a community within bigger (server's) community, to create an independent envirorment. However, server had a land claiming plugin, so each building was protected and available just to the land owner, and whoever had the permission. But if someone would brake the rules, (kill, scam, and annoy other players) he would be targeted by the authorities (not server admins, it was allowed to kill and scam, on the server, but not grieffing), and constantly harrased untill they moved out of the town. If that would not work, a price would be set for killing them.
