| The new change to Sulfur Caves looks rough with granite. Tuff is a volcanic material and actually makes sense for Sulfur Caves and it has a versatile palette that pairs well with other blocks (such as bamboo). Granite doesn't fit logically, sulfuric acid caves form in carbonate rock, not igneous. If Mojang wants to push granite on the playerbase, at least finish the Granite Blockset or port the one that already exists in Minecraft Dungeons. Calcite: Calcite is hard to find and fits Sulfur Caves perfectly since it follows volcanic terrain and biomes. Blended into small patches (similar to how gravel generates), it would look natural and make geological sense. Cinnabar Crystals: A new red crystal that acts as the counterpart to Sulfur Spikes which based on IRL cinnabar formations rather than the unrealistic stalactite/stalagmite concepts people have proposed. They'd be gatherable, and I'd love to see them used for customizable enchantment glints i.e combine enchanted gear with a "crystaloid" (Cinnabar, Quartz, Lapis, or Amethyst) to swap the classic purple glint for a custom color or combinations. Sulfur Spikes: Sulfur Spikes should drip sulfuric acid into cauldrons, the same way pointed dripstone drips water and lava. To push the update further, add potion tipping to Java and let sulfuric acid (combined in a cauldron) create Potions of Nausea. Mojang would win back the love of so many people! Thoughts?
