There may be a sign next to the download button of resources that we have downloaded before, so that we can check the resources we have downloaded before spending again.

Content that you've downloaded within 24hours can be downloaded unlimited times. This means that if you've downloaded a resource before, you can download it again for free within that same 24-hour period.

Also, if the resource has been downloaded, you'll see that the button says download again.

Are you referring to adding something that shows whether you've downloaded this before at any point? I'm not sure how many people would use this. If you're interested in downloading the resource, its either free for the 24-hour window after your initial download, or you'll need to spend a download on it again.
