Soooo I just can't use any of my skins anymore???

Context: I was logging into the Java launcher, and tried to add a new skin, and while it's 64x64, and the skin has worked before (I had to re-add it), it gives me the same error message, "Skin images must be 64x64 or 64x32 pixel PNG files."
