Been running this world for almost two months now and it's held up really well. The Ender Dragon's down, a small community has formed around it, and there's still a lot of the map that hasn't been touched yet. Spawn is still being built out, so there's actually room to leave your mark rather than joining something that's already finished.
We're sitting at around 23 players right now. The active group is smaller and pretty consistent — that's the core we're building on. Keeping the cap at 30, so this isn't a mass-recruitment thing.
Proximity voice chat is set up and Java/Bedrock crossplay is enabled, which makes it feel a lot more alive than your average server.
Not looking to scale this into anything big. Just want a few more people who actually log on regularly and want to be part of something long-term. We are also 18+.
